Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic and remedial massage focuses on reducing muscular tension, improving movement comfort, and supporting recovery through tailored, evidence-informed treatment. Techniques may be used to encourage circulation, address areas of restriction, and help the body move more freely and comfortably.

Treatments may include physical assessment, orthopaedic testing, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, movement-based approaches, and scar tissue work where appropriate to help guide an individualised treatment plan.

Remedial massage may assist with sports and gym-related tightness, postural discomfort, injury and post-surgical recovery, headaches, jaw tension, joint conditions, neck and back pain, and general muscular aches and restrictions.

Sessions are adapted to each client’s needs, goals, comfort levels, and stage of recovery.
